Siemens Releases New SITRANS Probe LU240 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter

February 2019, MARIETTA, GA ~ The SITRANS Probe LU240 is the newest HART ultrasonic transmitter that joins Siemens' ultrasonic level family. This transmitter comes packed with more power than the Probe LU, higher resolution and increased sonic transmit pulse for better self-cleaning capabilities. A hand-held programmer is no longer needed thanks to the 4-button local user interface and wizards that enable easy setup. All this at a competitive price!

The SITRANS Probe LU240 ultrasonic level transmitter with HART, 4 to 20 mA is ideal for level, volume, and flow measurements. It works with liquids, slurries and bulk materials. It is also ideal for level monitoring in the water and wastewater industry, chemical storage vessels, and small bulk hoppers.
