The GPro500 series uses tunable diode lasers (TDL) to measure the concentration of specific species within a gas mixture using laser absorption spectrometry. They offer a compact service-friendly design with simple operation and exceptional performance data. The GPro500 is extremely rugged, requires very little maintenance and offers measurements for a wide range of gases as illustrated in the chart below:

GPro500 TDL analyzers can measure directly in the process without drift or cross-interference. They are far more economical to purchase, install and maintain compared to other gas analyzers. The GPro500 offers continuous gas determination in flare systems, CO boilers, FCC units and many other processes. These analyzers provide accurate measurements even if 80% of the original signal intensity is lost due to dust in the process. GPro 500 is installed directly in the process pipe or vessel and does not require sample extraction or conditioning equipment. Alternatively, it can be installed in a bypass line if needed.
